Cub Scouts are for children aged 8 to 10 years old. In their Section, known as a Cub Pack, Cubs are split into smaller groups called “Sixes” where they get the chance to develop team and leadership skills. Cub Scouts follow the Cub Scout Promise. Their adventures include camping trips, crafts, outdoor exploration, and community service. Cub Scouts earn badges and awards for accomplishing various tasks, encouraging them to learn new skills and develop self-confidence.
Cub Scouts can earn a range of badges to recognize their achievements and personal growth:
These badges are designed to encourage personal growth, teamwork, and a sense of adventure while providing a structured framework for learning and skill development within the Scouting program.
